Twilight exterior home shots are captured between sunset and approximately 40 minutes after sunset. All lights in the home must be turned on and there may be added lighting setup. Twilight shots give a dramatic and elegant look to the home. This service is an add-on to the Premium Photography Package. A second trip to the home may be required.



Elevated shots are photos taken with a camera elevated from a minimum height of 8 to 15 feet above normal street level giving a unique professional appearance to the exterior of the home. Both front and rear of the property are included in this option.

For homes over 3500 sq.ft, this service includes unlimited images and a high quality, large slide show that can be used as an online home tour. This is an add-on service only.



A property website gives your prestige listings their own dedicated space on the internet. A dedicated property website  has its very own domain name (ex. www.123AnyStreet.com). You can provide potential buyers with more in depth information about the property which they can browse at their leisure. The website can also showcase the professional photography from PadPix, details about the home and contact information. Includes an unbranded virtual tour slideshow. UHS members receive 20% off. 



The HD Video Tour package includes a full interior and exterior video tour of the property so viewers can get a true to life feel for the home without physically being at the property. PadPix can easily integrate video content seamlessly into your UniqueHomeSites™ website, YouTube,  your own company website or to any other third party online format of your choice.



For the photographer to re-shoot the exterior of the home due to weather or other cancellation reasons by the customer, a repeat visit may be required. This is an add-on service only.

Premium image editing allows distracting objects such as cars and garbage cans to be removed from driveways in the image and to make other improvements to photos that are not part of the standard editing procedure. We do not change any of the physical characteristics of the home with image editing for either process. This is an add-on service only.
